The Glaze Teriyaki franchise has challenged Hecho to design a series of quick-service restaurants that adapt to different locales nationwide, while maintaining the overarching aesthetic identity of the brand. Owner Paul Krug brought his favorite teriyaki experience all the way from Seattle, WA and continues to expand throughout New York City and the West Coast. Specializing in a boutique take on high turnover eateries, Hecho has accentuated these spaces with customized elements featured prominently in each space. A variety of chopped up, re-fashioned furniture pieces share wall space with hand-painted, laser-etched and mixed-media murals.
